Commission Information

Interested in purchasing art from me? Well, you've come to the right place! I offer illustrations, design sheets, ych and character art.Please be sure to read through everything before continuing. I am typically more than willing to try my hand at new things. However, I will not do NSFW or any offensive content.Have something else in mind for your commission than what I've mentioned? Terms of Service

General Terms
- Do not claim, edit or steal my work in any way.
- I will not change, alter or modify the work of another artist.
- You will receive two versions of your commission: a watermarked and un-watermarked version. The only exceptions to this are emotes (where the watermark wouldn't be visible). That said, I still require that you credit me for the art. Please be sure to do so when using the one without a watermark.
- Private commissions are for personal use only, and cannot be used to sell as merchandise or otherwise. Please see the Commercial Commissions section for info on purchasing a commercial license.
- Art commissions cannot be for NFT purposes. I do not give others permission to use it as such.

Payment
- All prices are in USD and payment will be made via Paypal.
- I require half payment up front before I start working. Full payment will need to be sent before you will receive the final product.

Commission Process
- If you've got a particular sizing you would like, please inform me prior to starting. I'm willing to work all the way up to about 5000 x 5000 px before I start to charge more for it.
- Provide clear and detailed references. Mistakes due to unclear references may otherwise happen and are not a fault of the artist.
- I will send over a commission contract that must be signed and sent back prior to the beginning of the creation process. This is to protect both the artist and the client.
- Each piece is typically completed in 1-2 weeks, but depending on IRL circumstances, it may take up to a month.
- I will send you two (2) WIP (work-in-progress) images during the creation period. (one of the sketch, and then again of the finalized piece for any adjustments) Requests for changes can only be made at those two points.
- I hold the right to use these in my portfolio if I so choose. In addition to this, I have the right to post the finished commission to my other social media accounts. If you would prefer they were not posted to the latter (or that the post be delayed until after a certain date), please inform me during the creation process.

Shading Options
There are three options for shading: none, soft and cel. Cel shading offers more detail, whereas soft shading is much more gentle looking. Illustrations will often be a mix between the two.The examples of all three are below.

Rush Fees
- You can request a 48-hour turnaround, but it will incur an additional 100% charge.
- You must be available for quick responses throughout the process. Extended times beyond the 48 hours due to lack of response is not the fault of the artist.Cancellations
- You can only cancel a commission prior to the final WIP being sent to you. Once it has, you can no longer request a cancellation.
- The initial half payment is nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation.
- In the (very) unlikely event that I feel I cannot complete your commission, I have the right to decline it. You will not be charged and will be refunded the half payment only in this instance.

Commercial Commissions
This is for art that you plan to sell or use for any kind of commercial use. On top of the normal pricing, an additional 200% charge will be added to cover a 1-year unlimited use license of the commission piece. That being said, if I feel that the work requires a different, special pricing, I will let you know. I have the right to determine it based on what the art will be used for.Smaller content creators do have my permission to use their commissioned art in their content so long as they continue to qualify as one. This means that they can use my art on their channels until they exceed the requirements.To qualify as a smaller content creator, your primary channel (which has the highest total of viewers / followers / subscribers to you) has to meet the following requirements:
- YouTube channels must have under 700 subscribers.
- Twitch channels must have under 700 followers and an average of 400 viewers or less to their streams.If none of the above are your primary source of content, you'll need to consult with me about whether you qualify.

Illustrations - $300+

These are full color illustrations with backgrounds.For illustrations, please try to be as descriptive as possible when it comes to what you'd like:
- What is your character(s) doing?
- Where are they?
- Is something happening around them?
- If you don't have a preference, let me know as well and I'll try to come up with something based around showing off the character(s).Pricing for these may increase based on complexity and time taken to complete it, but will start at $300.The first character in the piece is complimentary, but adding additional characters in the piece will incur an extra charge. (+$50 per character added)These will include a mixture of cel and soft shading by default, unless requested otherwise.

Character Art - $50+

Character art will have little to no background. You are welcome to request a color(s) for the background as well, if you have something in mind.
- Prices are for only 1 character. If you would like to add another to the piece, the price will be doubled.
- Line art and flat color come by default.
- Adding cel shading is $5 per character.
- Adding soft shading is $10 per character.

Portraits - $50
Anywhere from the waist area and up. Headshots are included in this category as well, if you would rather only the head and shoulders. Pricing is $50 for one character.

Full Body - $70
This is a full body shot of your character. Pricing is $70 for one character. If the character is overly detailed, I may incur another charge, but I will generally only raise the price if the character is much more complicated than I had originally anticipated.

Design Sheet - $200+
This is a page of poses of your character. Due to the nature of this type of art piece, pricing starts at $200 for one character, with an increase based on complexity and number of poses requested.- By default, you get three (3) full body pieces and three (3) smaller pieces (i.e. expression headshots, only the tail, anything you'd like emphasized alone to show the character's attributes).
- Color palette also comes by default and can be omitted, if desired.
- You can request specific poses or leave it to the artist's discretion.
- Props can be added to each pose as well for an additional $10 per pose. This includes terrain pieces (such as a large rock or a tree log), items held, etc. (if the poses are artist discretion, added props won't be charged)
- Additional full body pieces add a $40 charge per pose.
- Additional smaller pieces add a $20 charge per pose.
- Shading can also be requested, following the same costs as listed at the top of this page for each pose.If you're unsure about how much specifically your character will cost, feel free to request a quote via email!

Emotes / Icons - $30+

Emotes and icons are smaller pieces of square art. If you're looking for something to use on your Twitch channel, this is where you can find the info for them.The default sizing for these will be 112 x 112 px, but custom sizing (up to 500 x 500 px) can be requested as well. Emotes will come with a transparent background by default, but you can request a flat color background if you so choose.You have a choice between a single piece or a set of 3.
- A single emote/icon by itself will cost $30.
- Purchasing a set of 3 will cost $60.

How to Order
Contact me directly on any of the sites provided or through email ([email protected]) with as much of the following info as you have. I will respond with a quote, and once that quote is agreed upon, an invoice will be sent to your PayPal before work will begin.Interested in donating to me? I have a Ko-fi account for you to do so! - Background and pose are not optional or changeable. Character will come fully colored and shaded on it.
- You can request added edits, though they will incur an extra charge. Keep in mind the pose for any edits you'd like added! Unsure what yours qualify as? Feel free to ask!
- These are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.By ordering a YCH from me, you agree to my ToS, albeit with the following adjustments for YCH orders:
- I'll only be providing the watermarked version for these.
- I won't be sending a contract to be signed. By submitting an order, you're agreeing to the terms.
- I require full payment upfront and won't be accepting cancellations or refunds for YCH.
- I won't be sending a WIP halfway through (the exception being very complex edits that I need to confirm are correct). I will be sending it to you once finished to see if there's anything wrong that you want fixed, but fixes can only be requested at that point.
- Once posted officially onto my da gallery (after I've confirmed with you that it's good to go), changes can no longer be made.Please feel free to toss me a note or email if you have any questions!PricingFlat $30 USD for just color, no added edits. Basically just putting your character there!- +$10 USD for simple edits (expression changes, small accessories, etc).
- +$20 USD for complex edits (changing fur type, adding appendages like horns or wings, large accessories, etc).
- Anything going beyond that (extreme edits) are subject to an increased price and can be worked out, if needed.
